Don't like what you've picked up? A Size doesn't fit? The product is damaged?
Should you want to return a product purchased from us for any of the afore mentioned reasons or maybe you're just in the mood to meet the courier guy, No worries We offer you a 30 day replacement or refund option.
You can either choose to exchange the item & you will be provided with a replacement of the same value, however an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your account.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- Certain innerwear & fashion accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where returns or exchanges is not supported includes:
- Briefs, boxers & vests
- Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.
- Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands.
- Costumes and costume accessories
- Please ensure that all items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Figurines must be packed in the original box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
- Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
- In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, Refunds will not be provided until the receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
How do I return a product to The Entertainment Store?

We'll revert within a maximum of 48 hours and arrange to have the product picked up. Once the product is received by us we'll send you a confirmation via mail. Once the product is received by us in an unused condition, we'll exchange or refund the purchase value within 7 days.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the 'Track my order' section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by mailing us on email@example.com
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account within 3-5 days after your order has been cancelled.

Where is my order????
You can track your order by clicking on the Track your order tab on the home page. The estimated shipping time is mentioned on the order confirmation mail sent to you. In case you haven't received your order within the stipulated time or are unable to track it please write to us on email@example.com or +91 90197 96599 (Mon to Sat 11 am to 7 pm)
